It is the ideal opportunity for candidates who already hold a professional driver’s license and wish to establish a long-term career as a driver—starting in logistics support and progressing to operating fleet vehicles according to operational demand. **\*Job responsibilities:\*** * **Main Responsibilities (Transportation Focus):** * Provide direct external support to drivers during delivery routes. * Operate fleet vehicles (trucks/utility vehicles) for autonomous deliveries or additional demands. * Plan delivery routes and assist in identifying delivery and unloading locations. * Collect signatures on delivery receipts, organize supporting documents, and submit travel expense reports. * Perform manual or mechanical loading/unloading, ensuring material integrity at customer sites. * **Additional Responsibilities (Logistics):** * Support material organization, verification, and palletization in the warehouse during periods of lower external demand. * Assist in verifying physical cargo against fiscal invoices (shipping). * Maintain basic care and upkeep of assigned vehicles. * Perform other related duties supporting the unit’s operational workflow. **\*Application requirements:\*** * Completed high school education; * **Driver’s License Category D (Mandatory);** * Prior experience operating cargo vehicles or supporting deliveries; * Familiarity with Curitiba and Metropolitan Region routes; * Physical capability to perform loading and unloading tasks; * Willingness to travel (if required) and flexibility regarding working hours; * Previous experience in logistics activities: order picking, data entry, organization, etc. **\*Work location and schedule:\*** * Tatuquara neighborhood \- Curitiba/PR; * Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:18 PM\. **\*Compensation and benefits:\*** * Salary ranging from R$ 2\.400 to R$ 2\.700 (based on experience); * **Structured Career Path (Real opportunity for advancement to Driver position);** * Transportation allowance (with symbolic deduction of R$ 35\); * On-site parking; * On-site meals (with symbolic deduction of R$ 35\); * Attendance bonus \- R$ 350/month via Multibenefícios card (subject to internal policy); * TotalPass (fully paid by employee); * Health and dental plans with co-payment (effective after probation period).
