Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to perform operational activities at our Distribution Center, ensuring smoothness and accuracy in logistics processes from receiving to shipping, as well as proper inventory organization. Opportunity to work with receiving, warehousing, and shipping We are seeking a Logistics Assistant to perform operational activities at our Distribution Center. The professional will be responsible for ensuring smoothness and accuracy in logistics processes—from product receiving through to shipping—while guaranteeing inventory quality and organization. Main Responsibilities * Receiving and inspecting goods, verifying quantities, specifications, and product integrity * Storing and organizing items in inventory, adhering to correct placement and batch/expiry date criteria * Picking and labeling orders for shipping * Shipping and preparing fiscal and transportation documents * External deliveries when required (valid Class B driver's license) * Inventory organization, ensuring proper material placement and space optimization * Managing returns, inspecting and recording returned items * Supporting periodic inventories by assisting with item counting and verification Mandatory Requirements * Completed high school education * Valid Class B driver's license * Basic Excel knowledge (simple spreadsheets, data entry) * Availability for overtime or schedule adjustments as needed * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment * Agility and ability to work effectively in a team Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in inventory, shipping, warehouse, or logistics * Courses in Logistics * Experience managing batches and expiry dates * Experience conducting inventories and stock counts * Knowledge or experience with inventory management systems (e.g., SAP or similar) Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Education: * Completed high school education (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
