Job Summary: Perkons is seeking a Logistics Analyst to control the inbound and outbound flow of materials, organize the warehouse, and develop logistics processes and indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborative interaction with other departments Perkons currently has a new opening for the role of **Logistics Analyst** at our headquarters in **Pinhais/PR**. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor incoming and outgoing materials (unloading and loading); * Maintain records of material inflows and outflows (movements and invoices); * Organize the warehouse; * Oversee logistics activities (warehouse, receiving, shipping, transportation); * Forward invoices and CTEs for registration. * Monitor freight invoices; * Negotiate freight contracts; * Monitor carrier delivery deadlines and performance; * Evaluate new carriers; * Review carrier documentation; * Conduct warehouse inventory; * Manage fulfillment of material and equipment requests and requisitions; * Develop new logistics processes; * Develop and monitor departmental KPIs (material dispatch, freight, inventory); * Develop dashboards; * Collaborate interactively with other departments; * Perform other related duties; **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Intermediate/advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge. **Desirable Qualifications:** * Knowledge of 5S methodology, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 37001 **What We Offer:** * Competitive market-based salary * Banked Hours / Semi-Flexible Working Hours * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (Alelo Multi) * Discount Agreements (via Alelo Multi) * Amil Health Insurance fully covered by the company (for the employee) * Dental Plans * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) up to 1 monthly salary (based on goals) * TotalPass * Scholarship Program * Fruit Day Our company has been awarded the GPTW certification as one of the best places to work.
