Job Summary: Fiscal support professional to assist in issuing and verifying documents, importing XML files, fiscal and tax control, and tax calculation. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with NFe, CT-e, and MDF-e **Position: Fiscal Assistant – Quissisana / São José dos Pinhais – PR** **Job Description:** * Assist in issuing and verifying documents. * Verify invoices (NFe). * Assist in importing, verifying, and archiving XML files. * Perform fiscal and tax control activities. * Support tax calculations (ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS). **Education Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Preferred: Technical or higher education degree in Accounting or related fields. **Desired Knowledge:** * Familiarity with NFe, CT\-e, and MDF\-e. * Basic understanding of fiscal legislation applicable to transportation. * Experience with ERP systems and other software. * Basic knowledge of tax withholdings (ISS, IRRF, INSS, PIS/COFINS). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail. * Organization and focus. * Strong communication skills. * Proactivity. * Ethics and confidentiality. **Advantages:** * Prior experience in freight forwarding companies or logistics operators. * Courses or certifications in the fiscal area.
