Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional focused on continuous improvement to ensure product/service excellence and compliance, and to support processes that prevent failures. Working as part of a Quality team We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a focus on continuous improvement to join our Quality team. Your mission will be to ensure our products/services meet the highest standards of excellence and compliance, supporting the implementation of processes that prevent failures and delight our customers. **Requirements:** Must be over 18 years old, with experience in Quality, and hold (or be pursuing) a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in audits or ISO certifications. * Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. * Intermediate English proficiency. Main responsibilities include: ▪ Conducting visual and dimensional inspections of products and raw materials; ▪ Investigating non-conformities; ▪ Completing inspection and non-conformity reports; ▪ Assisting in organizing quality-related areas (5S); ▪ Conducting internal audits of products and services; ▪ Monitoring basic quality tests and trials; ▪ Assisting in segregating non-conforming materials for rework or disposal; ▪ Preparing, processing, and archiving technical documentation, such as inspection logs, delivery records, and requisition forms; ▪ Identifying improvement opportunities and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions; ▪ Supporting internal certification audits (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001\); ▪ Preparing customer-specific Databooks; ▪ Issuing Quality Certificates in accordance with customer specifications and applicable standards.
