Job Summary: VinilSul is seeking a motivated and talented Procurement Assistant to plan purchase orders, support negotiations with suppliers, manage inventory, and provide administrative support. Some responsibilities of our **Procurement Assistant:** * Plan and place purchase orders jointly with the coordinator, according to demand; * Support negotiations with suppliers by analyzing prices and delivery timelines; * Assist in inventory management, ensuring product availability for resale; * Register new products; * Assist in the return process to suppliers, ensuring credit receipt; * Monitor outstanding credits and inform the finance department; * Provide support and respond to requests from logistics, sales, and finance departments. **Required Qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Procurement Management, or related fields; * Experience in procurement processes and supplier negotiations; * Experience in inventory control and product registration; * Experience performing administrative tasks and supporting departments such as logistics, sales, and finance; * Intermediate Excel proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of return processes; * Knowledge of taxes/taxation. **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance/Food Voucher (Flex) R$ 38.50 per day (R$ 1.00 payroll deduction). * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance (R$ 1.00 payroll deduction). * Sul América Health Insurance (with option to include dependents). * Sul América Dental Insurance (with option to extend coverage to third-degree dependents). * Life Insurance – Sul América. * Total Pass: a well-being and quality-of-life platform providing access to gyms and studios across Brazil. * Extra Special: At year-end, you receive a supermarket gift card to assist with holiday shopping and celebrations. * Birthday Bonus (special credit to celebrate your special day).
