We carry licensed brands and strive for excellence at every stage of our operations — from inventory management to the final customer experience. We are looking for a sales associate to join our store at Shopping Palladium, focusing on sales, customer service, and daily store operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver customer service with a sales focus * Work toward individual and store-wide targets * Organize the store and maintain visual merchandising (VM) standards * Restock products and ensure store inventory availability * Assist at the cash register and support transaction completion * Support in-store inventory organization **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Commitment to shopping mall working hours and rotating schedule (6 days on, 1 day off) * Genuine interest in sales (not just customer service) * Organization, discipline, and responsibility in daily routines * Strong communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior retail sales experience * Interest in sports, fashion, or lifestyle **Job Details:** * Location: Shopping Palladium – Curitiba/PR * Schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary + commission * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher * We seek individuals who want to sell, meet targets, and grow with our company.
