An auto parts store in Curitiba is seeking an HR Analyst.
**Responsibilities:**
Perform HR functions comprehensively across all HR subsystems. Execute onboarding, integration, and probationary period monitoring processes. Perform payroll calculations and validation. Calculate vacation entitlements, employment termination settlements, and statutory labor contributions. Submit and verify information in eSocial. Manage and conduct closing and reconciliation of statutory contributions such as INSS, FGTS, and IRRF. Manage and monitor Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) routines. Provide support to managers and employees regarding labor legislation matters.
Previous experience as an HR Specialist, HR Coordinator, Human Development Analyst, or HR Consultant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities associated with this position.
Bachelor’s degree required. Relevant experience required.
