




Job Summary: An SDR is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and educating potential customers, managing the prospecting process, and delivering qualified leads to the sales team. Communication skills and emotional intelligence Base salary: BRL 1,500.00 + commission = average monthly compensation of BRL 3,500.00 Transportation voucher (VT) Meal allowance (VA) of BRL 23.00 per day On-site work, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Main SDR Responsibilities: * **Lead prospecting:** Identify and seek new potential customers through research and strategies such as cold calling, emails, and social media. * **Lead qualification:** Contact leads to understand their needs, verify alignment with the company’s ideal customer profile, and assess genuine interest in the product or service. * **Initial contact:** Conduct the first interaction with the potential customer, educating them about the solution and evaluating their readiness to advance in the sales funnel. * **Opportunity handoff:** Pass only duly qualified leads demonstrating potential to the sales team. * **Reporting:** Provide activity and results reports to management.
