Job Summary: Responsible for prospecting clients, developing and presenting proposals, negotiating and closing sales, as well as maintaining client relationships and managing the sales CRM. Key Highlights: 1. Customer outreach to potential clients via multiple communication channels 2. Development and presentation of persuasive commercial proposals 3. Negotiation, closing of sales, and post-sales follow-up Client Contact: Reach out to potential clients via email, videoconference, or other communication channels to introduce services or understand their interests and needs. Proposal Presentation: Develop commercial proposals highlighting Trentini’s service benefits and differentiators, and present them persuasively to clients. Negotiation and Sales Closing: Negotiate payment terms with clients to close deals and achieve sales targets set by the company. Post-Sales Follow-Up: Maintain close client relationships after the sale, provide support, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction and retention. Sales CRM Management: Maintain an organized record of all client interactions, track the progress of ongoing negotiations, and regularly update the pipeline of new sales opportunities. **Advantages: Experience with CRM and remote customer service.** **Availability for occasional in-office meetings at the Campo Largo office.** **CLT employment contract** **Base salary + commission?** **Meal allowance: BRL 31.00 per workday?** **Career development plan?** **Remote work model?
