Works in multidisciplinary teams **Research and Development Analyst** **Job Description:** The Senior Research and Development Analyst plays a crucial role in conducting research and development (R\&D) activities within the company. Responsible for contributing to the creation and enhancement of products, processes, and technologies, they collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve the organization's innovation goals. Activity **Main Responsibilities:** * **R\&D Project Planning:** Collaborate in planning and defining objectives, scope, resources, and schedules for research and development projects, ensuring alignment with company strategies. * **Execution of Experiments and Tests:** Design and conduct laboratory experiments and pilot tests to investigate new materials, technologies, or processes, collecting and analyzing data to evaluate their performance and feasibility. * **Analysis of Results:** Interpret and analyze experiment and test results, identifying trends, patterns, and insights relevant to developing new products or enhancing existing ones. * **Prototype Development:** Participate in developing product prototypes and samples, making adjustments and refinements as needed to meet established specifications and quality requirements. * **Technical and Economic Feasibility Assessment:** Evaluate the technical, economic, and commercial feasibility of new ideas and technologies, considering factors such as cost, scalability, timelines, and regulatory requirements. * **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Work closely with production, quality, marketing, and other departments, providing technical support and contributing to the efficient integration of new products or processes. * **Market Research and Trend Analysis:** Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify innovation opportunities and areas of interest for future R\&D projects. * **Technical Documentation and Reporting:** Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project documentation, thoroughly recording processes, results, and conclusions achieved during R\&D activities. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday. 7:30 AM to 1:45 PM; after the first month, shifts will change to 3:45 PM to 10:00 PM **Requirements:** * Degree in Pharmacy with Homeopathy specialization. **What We Offer:** * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Discounts on our products; * Transportation allowance or parking; Salary: R$2.733,41 per month Work Location: On-site
