Hybrid position with occasional visits to the office in Curitiba/PR **Responsibilities and duties** On a day-to-day basis, we expect you to manage the following processes: * Ensure the application of agile methodologies and adoption of Scrum principles within development teams; * Facilitate and lead agile ceremonies such as Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement; * Ensure engagement of agile teams, fostering a collaborative environment and continuous improvement; * Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth workflows and maximize team performance; * Support Product Owners in backlog management, ensuring clarity of items and alignment with business objectives; * Monitor and analyze metrics such as Burndown, Burnup, and Team Velocity, providing insights to improve performance; * Facilitate team self-organization and agile maturity, encouraging autonomy and shared accountability; * Act as an agent of change in the organization’s agile culture, promoting best practices and training to evolve teams; * Ensure documentation and knowledge management using tools like Bitbucket, JIRA, Confluence, and Atlassian. **Requirements and qualifications** What’s needed for our perfect match: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields; * Scrum Master certification (PSM from Scrum.org or CSM from Scrum Alliance); * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master; * Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban, and XP methodologies; * Experience analyzing and interpreting agile metrics and using task monitoring tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, Miro, or equivalents); * Knowledge of Git and code versioning for tracking technical deliverables; * Ability to facilitate agile ceremonies and foster a collaborative, productive environment for teams; * Data analysis capability and ability to communicate metrics for strategic decision-making; * Effective communication, leadership, problem-solving skills, and adaptability across diverse scenarios. **Nice-to-haves** * Experience managing governmental stakeholders; * Experience in sustainability and environmental innovation projects; * Familiarity with visual collaboration tools such as Miro or Mural; * PMP certification or equivalent will be considered a plus. **Additional information** Infrastructure allowance; Flexible working hours; Birthday Day Off – with a surprise; Training and certification incentives; Access to Alura; Partnership with FIAP; Referral bonus program; Vittude – mental health platform; TotalPass – for your physical health; New Value – discount coupons; SESC.
