




Job Summary: A procurement professional responsible for quotations, negotiations, purchase order issuance, delivery schedule tracking, and supplier registration, with ERP experience. Key Highlights: 1. Lead quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers. 2. Handle internal purchase requests for raw materials and supplies. 3. Prior experience in procurement and knowledge of ERP systems. Responsibilities: \- Lead quotation and negotiation processes with suppliers to ensure optimal pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules via the ERP system; \- Fulfill internal purchase requests for raw materials, supplies, and consumables; \- Issue purchase orders and verify invoices; \- Monitor delivery deadlines, ensuring received materials comply with purchase orders; \- Register and qualify suppliers; \- Record and update information in the management system. Requirements: Prior experience in procurement; Knowledge of ERP systems; Organizational skills, negotiation ability, and attention to detail. Preferred Qualification: Experience in the aluminum window/door industry and/or civil construction sector.
