Support in creating materials on Canva We are seeking a Junior Travel Assistant to support reservation reconfirmations, populate our internal app with vouchers and travel documents, and maintain communication with suppliers and hotels—ensuring every detail of the customer’s trip is perfect! Additionally, you’ll put your creativity into action by helping create materials on Canva and supporting administrative tasks for the team. Opportunity for internal growth; Collaborative environment and continuous learning at a high-end travel agency. 100% On-site Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM CLT employment regime Requirements: * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking); * Prior experience in administrative roles, customer service, or operational support; * Experience in the tourism sector or travel agencies is desirable; * Trello (task and workflow organization); * Canva (support in material creation); * Travel systems and platforms (a plus). * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail; * Responsibility and commitment to deadlines and deliverables; * Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset; * Problem-solving ability and agility and efficiency in daily operations.
