Job Summary: We are seeking an Apprentice Youth to support Early Childhood Education routines during the afternoon shift, assisting with student flow and providing support to the pedagogical team. Interaction with and care for children in the school environment We are looking for an **Apprentice Youth** to assist with **Early Childhood Education routines during the afternoon shift**, contributing to organizing student flow and supporting the institution’s daily activities. The role involves supervising children in various areas of the school and assisting the pedagogical team with day-to-day operational tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise children’s movement within the institution during the afternoon; * Serve as a roving assistant across school areas, ensuring student organization and safety; * Assist in **managing the entrance and exit gate** for students outside regular hours; * Use a **two-way radio** to communicate with reception and coordinate parent/guardian requests; * Support supervision of children heading to the **cafeteria**, assisting in organizing mealtime; * Assist with **bathroom use**, supporting children as needed; * Support **internal transportation** of children between classrooms and activities; * Assist with **clothing changes** for extracurricular activities when necessary; * Provide operational support to the pedagogical team during the shift. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Interest in working in a school environment; * Good communication skills and sense of responsibility; * Affinity with children. **Desired Competencies:** * Organization * Attention and responsibility * Proactivity * Patience and care for children * Teamwork Job Type: Part-time, Permanent CLT, Internship Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$670.20 \- R$1\.408.21 per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
