All selection processes conducted by **CS BRASIL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Inspect materials received and delivered; * Record all received, stored, and department-directed materials in spreadsheets along with their respective documentation; * Enter invoices into the system; * Map company consumption statistics, considering materials and departments; * Define inventory and consumables supply protocols; * Maintain quality and quantity of stored products; * Request materials currently unavailable within the company; * Record material usage or incidental inventory losses; * Inspect defective products and arrange for repair; * Ensure warehouse safety, organization, and cleanliness; * Conduct inventories; * Support mechanics; * Manage SAP system operations, generating various control reports; * Lead team management, providing daily support and assistance with reporting; * Monitor monthly parts consumption to schedule planned purchases. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree is a plus; * Prior knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and Kanban systems is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Easy access to the Curitiba region is required. **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond: * **Benefits Club:** An exclusive platform offering discounts across multiple categories — dining, entertainment, services, education, leisure, and sports. * **Connected to You:** A dedicated channel offering specialized support for you and your family, including psychological, social, financial, legal, and other assistance — available 24/7 with full confidentiality. * Extended **Maternity** and **Paternity Leave**, plus a **Newborn Kit** for new mothers and fathers. * We understand how vital children’s and adolescents’ education is.
