Analyze and interpret functional, structural, and logic diagrams. Develop configurations for protection and control IEDs using dedicated software. Conduct panel validation testing at the factory. Perform validation testing of protection functions, logic, and communications for IEDs on test benches. Perform on-site validation testing of protection functions, logic, and communications for IEDs at customer substations. Previous experience as Maintenance Technician, Technical Assistant, Engineering Assistant, or Technical Support Technician may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this role. Completed technical education required.
