The technology team is at the forefront of this transformation, and we are looking for experienced professionals to join us and elevate the quality of our projects. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, low-latency web applications using **Elixir and Phoenix LiveView**; Build and evolve robust APIs and business logic using the Ash Framework; Actively collaborate in defining system architecture to ensure scalability and maintainability; Write high-quality tests to ensure code and feature robustness; Conduct code reviews and mentor other developers, sharing expertise. Requirements and Qualifications: Completed Bachelor's Degree; Proven experience; Solid professional background with Elixir and the Phoenix framework (especially Phoenix LiveView); Knowledge or experience with the Ash Framework is a significant advantage; Deep understanding of functional programming concepts and the Erlang VM (BEAM) architecture; Consistent experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL is a plus); Autonomy to drive projects, make technical decisions, and solve complex problems; Ability to write clean, well-structured, and performant code.
