Job Summary: Material Planning Analyst to manage inputs, suppliers, and inventory processes, proposing continuous improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Raw material and input management 2. Handling of non-conformities with suppliers Job Responsibilities: * Analyze input and raw material requirements based on order backlog, sales forecasts, and production capacity; * Issue and manage purchase requests and supply orders; * Follow up with suppliers; * Schedule and coordinate material deliveries; * Monitor and control inventory levels; * Track departmental performance indicators (KPIs), proposing continuous improvement actions; * Address non-conformities upon material receipt from suppliers; * Propose improvements to inventory control and supply logistics processes. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields; * Experience in Material Planning; * Familiarity with ERP systems for Inventory, MRP, and Procurement; * Intermediate or advanced Excel; Intermediate English; * Knowledge of Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Just-in-Time, and Lead Time.
