If you possess skills to manage and provide technical support for Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for! The professional will be responsible for guiding internal users on the proper use of equipment and systems, as well as updating software and application versions used in the unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Administer installed resources, including access control lists, virus prevention systems, security policies, and disk space usage. * Monitor and control data and voice networks, perform backups, and replace ICT equipment in case of failures. * Perform corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, and install, support, monitor, and maintain ICT tools such as Microsoft Office and open-source software. * Manage the telephony system, control access and image quality of CCTV systems, and configure firewall security settings. * Collaborate with the organization’s mission and vision, following technical, quality, safety, environmental, hygiene, health, and ethical standards. * Guide less experienced professionals and perform other related duties as required by the department and senior management. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed technical education in the field of computing. **Additional Information** **We offer a range of benefits, including:** Meal Allowance Food Allowance TotalPass Gym Partnership Zenklub Psychologist Partnership Dental Plan Pharmacy Partnership Birthday Day Off We are **CiX - Citizen Experience**, a govtech dedicated to transforming access to public services—making citizens’ lives easier through innovative solutions, more technology, and greater efficiency.
