**Responsibilities and duties**
* Monitoring international shipments via maritime, air, and road transport;
* Tracking deadlines and cargo status with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers;
* Verifying import documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, DI, among others);
* Supporting the customs clearance process;
* Updating internal systems and controls with import process information;
* Following up with internal departments and international suppliers;
* Managing logistics costs and supporting invoice verification;
* Assisting in resolving operational issues related to shipments;
* Ensuring compliance with deadlines and procedures according to current legislation.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
* Solid experience in import operations and foreign trade;
* Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes, and taxes;
* Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office skills;
* Analytical, organized, proactive profile, with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
