At Equilíbrio, we seek a Recruitment and Development Analyst to strengthen our Talent Management processes and support employee growth.
We are looking for a generalist professional with initiative, strong communication skills, organizational ability, and experience in recruitment, performance evaluation, and people development.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide support to candidates and employees regarding Talent Management-related matters.
* Lead Recruitment and Selection processes for operational and tactical positions, supporting strategic roles as needed.
* Organize and conduct new employee onboarding.
* Manage delivered training programs and support the execution of internal and external training.
* Lead the semiannual Performance Evaluation cycle, including analysis and reporting.
* Support the implementation of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for employees.
* Execute internal marketing initiatives (e.g., commemorative dates, internal events, birthday celebrations).
* Ensure compliance with and timely updates to departmental procedures related to quality management.
* Uphold and promote Equilíbrio’s organizational culture in all activities.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
* Experience in HR activities, Recruitment and Selection, and Communication.
* Practical experience with Performance Evaluation and IDPs.
* Intermediate Excel proficiency.
* Data analysis knowledge.
* Behavioral competencies: communication, empathy, organization, initiative, and attention to detail.
**Desirable**
* Two years of experience in the field.
* Knowledge of assessment methodologies.
* Experience with performance and people development management software.
