We seek an organized, committed, and detail-oriented professional with experience in the tax area who wishes to contribute to the company's tax compliance and process efficiency. **Main Responsibilities** * Issue, verify, and track invoices; * Assist in the analysis and validation of product registrations, NCM codes, and taxation rules; * Support processes related to invoice cancellation, returns, and refunds; * Monitor tax deadlines and support control of departmental obligations; * Provide support to internal departments regarding billing and tax documentation; * Assist in controlling import processes and other tax routines; * Prepare controls, reports, and monitor departmental indicators. **Requirements** * Experience in the tax area; * Completed or ongoing Technical or Higher Education in Accounting Sciences or related fields; * Knowledge of invoice issuance and tax routines; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel; * Organization, attention to detail, and good communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of fiscal classification (NCM) and taxation; * Familiarity with import processes and tax legislation; * Experience with ERP systems. **Benefits** **Meal and food allowance;** * Health insurance; * Life insurance; * Education assistance; * Birthday day off; * Opportunity for professional growth and development. **Working Hours: 8:12 AM to 6:00 PM** If you are seeking an opportunity to grow professionally and join a team committed to excellence, join our team!
