Job Summary: Ensure operational excellence in the manufacturing of automotive aesthetics products, meeting production, quality, and safety targets while promoting the MagilClean culture. Focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement (Lean Manufacturing). **Job Mission** Ensure operational excellence in the manufacturing of automotive aesthetics products, meeting production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements, while disseminating MagilClean’s culture and values across the entire team. **Main Responsibilities (KPIs and Processes)** * Plan, schedule, and control production (PCP) of waxes, shampoos, polishes, and other automotive line items, optimizing raw material and resource utilization. * Supervise quality control at all stages, ensuring the final product delivers the "perfect aesthetics" promised to customers. * Ensure compliance with the **Internal Regulations** (punctuality, use of PPE, and professional conduct). * Uphold occupational safety standards and chemical regulations (ANVISA/CRQ), maintaining an organized and safe workplace. * Implement innovation and waste reduction initiatives (Lean Manufacturing), encouraging team members to contribute ideas to the company’s continuous improvement program. * Monitor absenteeism and turnover within the department, collaborating closely with HR. **Desired Qualifications** * **Education:** Degree in Production Engineering, Chemistry, or Industrial Management. * **Experience:** Hands-on experience in production packaging of consumer goods. * **Skills:** Analytical mindset, inspirational leadership, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for cost and productivity tracking. **Benefits** * Meal Allowance (VA), Food Allowance (VR), Transportation Allowance (VT), Profit Sharing (PLR), Health Insurance after probation period with no monthly premium deduction, and discounts on proprietary brand products. **Resumes** rh@magilclean.com.br , salary expectations Work Location: On-site
