It provides human resources consulting services to various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Responsibility for the unit's operational processes, ensuring infrastructure preservation and employee well-being. Initiating and monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance (electrical, plumbing, IT, and air conditioning), including contact with technicians and service providers when necessary. Ensuring compliance with the preventive maintenance schedule as stipulated in the contract. Reviewing invoices and receipts, performing cost allocations among cost centers. Supporting the submission and tracking of documents with suppliers. Managing material flow and procurement, including office supplies, uniforms, furniture, and equipment, including budgeting, quotations, and purchasing. Validating the quality of outsourced services such as cleaning, security, reception, and front desk. Collaborating with the reception team to ensure proper telephone service and receipt of documents and packages. Conducting preventive pest control and water potability controls. Performing other activities related to asset preservation. Bachelor's degree required.
