Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Python Developer to develop, program, and maintain Python-based systems, with a focus on delivering new features and ensuring code quality for HR software. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain systems in Python, Flask API, MongoDB, and Keycloak. 2. Focus on delivering new features and integrating databases and APIs. 3. Ensure code quality by writing clean and efficient code. We seek a Senior Python Developer to work on HR software. Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur), hybrid work model (2 days per week) in Colombo, Roça Grande neighborhood. **Responsibilities:** Develop the product, program, and maintain systems in Python, Flask API, MongoDB, and Keycloak. Developer focused on delivering new features to the solution. Develop scripts and integration projects between databases and APIs. Ensure code quality by writing clean and efficient code, continuously learning and growing throughout the process. Help design and implement functional requirements. Manage bug/issue fixes, as well as unit and integration tests. **Required Hard Skills:** Proficiency in Python MongoDB Keycloak Microservices APIs Git **Desired Hard Skills:** Basic knowledge of C# is a plus (software under migration) Knowledge of relational databases Azure Good programming practices Integration with payment gateways via API Elasticsearch **Required Soft Skills:** Proactivity Organization Self-management Agility in problem-solving Articulate opinions coherently Job Type: Full-time, Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 24 months Compensation: R$8,000.00 – R$12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Free parking * Remote work Work Location: Remote/hybrid in Colombo, PR
