Ensure code quality by writing clean and efficient code. We seek a Senior Python Developer to work on HR software. Contract type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur), hybrid work model (2 days per week) in Colombo, Roça Grande neighborhood. **Responsibilities:** Develop the product, program, and maintain systems in Python, Flask API, MongoDB, and Keycloak. Developer focused on delivering new features to the solution. Develop scripts and integration projects between databases and APIs. Ensure code quality by writing clean and efficient code, continuously learning and growing throughout the process. Help design and implement functional requirements.
