Every day presents a chance to achieve something new — and you can be part of it. **\#VemSerVC** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Support investment, cost, and performance control across national operations; * Support scheduling control for major shutdowns at Votorantim Cimentos; * Preparation of reports and presentations; * Support technical risk assessments for major maintenance shutdowns; * Interaction and communication with VC units nationwide; * General administrative support; * Whenever possible, propose improvements to automation of basic routines. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Administration; graduation preferably scheduled for 2027/2028\. * Proficiency and strong interest in computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with emphasis on Excel applied in an industrial environment; * Basic knowledge of Office 365 (SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate); * SAP and Power BI knowledge considered a plus; * Basic understanding of project management tools; * Comfort working with software in general; * Aptitude and agility in data compilation and analysis; * Interpersonal communication skills; **Additional Information** We value all forms of diversity and encourage you to learn more about this opportunity below.
