The **Human Resources** department operates strategically as a business partner, supporting leaders and teams in people management, organizational development, and culture strengthening. To reinforce our team, we are seeking a **Generalist HR Analyst**, with an agile, analytical, and continuous improvement-oriented profile, who will dynamically handle HR subsystems and contribute to the **digital transformation of the HR function**, bringing efficiency, automation, and **data intelligence** to people processes.
### **Key Responsibilities**
* Operate broadly across HR subsystems: **Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Onboarding, and Internal Marketing**, ensuring process fluidity and quality;
* Identify opportunities and **automate HR processes**, increasing productivity and reducing operational tasks;
* Build and optimize workflows using tools such as **Power Automate, Power Query, Python**, etc.;
* Develop and monitor HR metrics (**People Analytics**) to support data-driven decision-making;
* Create and update managerial dashboards in **Power BI**, tracking recruitment, training, engagement, and efficiency indicators;
* Work closely with leaders to understand needs and propose practical, agile solutions.
### **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, HR Management, or related fields;
* Experience in R&S, T&D, Onboarding, and Internal Communications;
* Knowledge of process automation and continuous improvement;
* Experience with data and automation tools, including: Power BI (dashboards and metrics), Power Query, Power Automate, and Python (a plus);
* Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency;
* Analytical, organized, proactive profile with a sense of urgency;
* Strong communication skills and interpersonal ease;
* Intermediate/advanced English;
* Coaching certification is a plus.
