Providing technical support and post-sales customer follow-up We are looking for a Technical Assistant to work in the Laboratory and Testing area, responsible for ensuring equipment quality, functionality, and reliability, as well as providing technical support and ensuring an excellent post-sales customer experience. **Responsibilities:** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical, pneumatic, and combustion equipment * Identify failures, root causes, and technical anomalies * Ensure the quality of performed repairs * Conduct technical reprocessing of non-conforming equipment * Carry out warranty services in accordance with company policies * Perform functional and operational tests after repairs * Record diagnoses and interventions in service orders and internal systems * Ensure compliance with technical standards and internal procedures * Support internal departments and technical service centers with technical guidance * Maintain workplace organization and comply with safety regulations * Attend to and follow up with customers post-sales, ensuring a positive experience Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
