Organization and responsibility in the workplace **Company:** EM Industrial **Work Location:** Rua Ministro Gabriel Passos, 360 EM Industrial is seeking a **Metalworker** to join our team. **Main Responsibilities** * Serve internal requesters or customers to understand metalworking requirements. * Assess and understand requester needs to determine optimal solutions. * Perform **manufacturing of metal parts and structures**, as required. * Carry out **restoration, adjustments, and refurbishment** of existing items. * Perform **installation of manufactured items** at the designated location. * Organize materials, tools, and the workplace. * Ensure quality and safety in all performed activities. **Requirements** * Experience in **metalworking and manufacturing of metal structures**. * Knowledge of **welding, cutting, assembly, and adjustment of metal parts**. * Ability to **interpret requester needs and propose practical solutions**. * Organization and responsibility in the workplace. * Good communication skills and interpersonal ease. * **Proactive and self-managed** profile. **Preferred Qualifications** * Field experience installing metal structures. * Experience in industrial environments.
