Job Mission: To serve and guide customers in selecting optical products and services, ensuring excellence in customer service, achievement of sales goals, and customer satisfaction—contributing to IVS’s social mission. Essential Technical Competencies: * Sales Techniques: Knowledge of prospecting, approach, negotiation, closing sales, and after-sales service. * Product/Service Knowledge: Understanding of lens types, frames, vision exams, and services offered.
