Organize the operational team and assign daily tasks across receiving, picking, storage, shipping, and transfers. 2\. Monitor task execution, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and operational norms. 3\. Ensure proper placement, identification, and organization of materials in inventory according to the defined layout. 4\. Control operational flow, ensuring that loading, deliveries, and replenishments occur within established deadlines. 5\. Support supervision in conducting inventories and cycle counts, contributing to inventory accuracy. 6\. Maintain organization, preservation, and cleanliness of logistics areas, reinforcing 5S practices within the team. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT 1\. Lead, guide, and monitor team performance, ensuring discipline, productivity, and cooperation. 2\. Provide feedback, support operational training, and conduct periodic refresher sessions as needed. 3\. Monitor behavior, conduct, and adherence to regulations, intervening when necessary and escalating issues to supervision. 4\. Conduct operational onboarding for new employees, ensuring alignment with area routines and standards. 5\. Foster a collaborative, safe, and company-culture-aligned work environment. 6\. Support supervision in scheduling-related activities, vacations, team adjustments, and resource prioritization. RESULTS MANAGEMENT 1\. Monitor team performance indicators (productivity, accuracy, picking speed, damages), proposing daily improvements. 2\. Ensure achievement of operational targets, including delivery deadlines, organization, and operational quality. 3\. Prepare and update simple team performance reports, providing information to supervision. 4\. Identify operational failures, waste, or rework, proposing immediate solutions and process improvements. 5\. Contribute information, analyses, and suggestions during meetings with supervision and coordination. Requirements and Qualifications 1\. Knowledge of operational logistics routines: Receiving, picking, storage, shipping, loading, and inventories. 2\. Basic understanding of inventory control: Accuracy, slotting, counting, simple reconciliation, and divergence identification. 3\. Ability to read and interpret operational documents: Delivery manifests, picking lists, movement notes, labels, and basic reports. 4\. ERP system operation (operational level): Inventory queries, simple data entry, verifications, and movement recordkeeping. 5\. Layout and logistics flow organization: Proper material placement, zoning, 5S routines, and sound storage practices. 6\. Familiarity with operational KPIs: Productivity, damages, service-level deadlines, accuracy, and organization. 7\. Application of logistics safety regulations: Use of PPE, safe handling practices, compliance with applicable NRs, signage, and risk prevention.
