




Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, networks, and second-level technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Collaboration on infrastructure modernization projects **INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST** **Main Responsibilities:** Manage physical HP servers (installation, firmware updates, hardware monitoring, and troubleshooting). Administer Windows Server systems (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy Objects, file services, print services, RDP, etc.). Operate and maintain the Proxmox VE environment, including VM creation and migration, snapshots, and backups. Plan and configure VLANs, internal routing, network segmentation, and network security. Monitor server and network performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements. Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery policies. Apply security updates, patches, and software version upgrades. Document technical procedures and asset inventory. Provide second-level support for incidents and service requests. Collaborate on infrastructure expansion, migration, or modernization projects. **Technical Requirements:** HP ProLiant server hardware and iLO (configuration, RAID, firmware updates). Windows Server 2016 or later (Active Directory, Group Policy Objects, network services). Virtualization with Proxmox VE (KVM, LXC, storage, backup, migration). TCP/IP networking, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewalls, and managed switches. Storage management (NAS, iSCSI, NFS, ZFS). Monitoring tools (Zabbix, PRTG, or similar). **Desirable:** Experience with Linux Debian/Ubuntu Server. Fundamentals of network security, VPN, proxy, and digital certificates. Automation using PowerShell or Bash. Knowledge of enterprise backup solutions.
