Application of best practices in governance using ITIL and ITSM tools Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Infrastructure Analyst with a solid, multifunctional technical profile, capable of administering, maintaining, and evolving the organization's IT infrastructure. The professional will be responsible for Microsoft and Linux environments, virtualization, networking, and security, ensuring the availability, integrity, and performance of IT services.
