The professional will have moderate autonomy to propose and implement improvements, contributing to operational efficiency, standardization, and continuous improvement of workflows. They will also be responsible for supporting process governance and acting as a technical reference for more junior staff. Responsibilities Analyze existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities Map end-to-end processes using BPMN and BPM methodologies Conduct interviews and workshops with business areas Develop and review flowcharts, procedures, and work instructions Propose and support the implementation of process improvements Ensure updates to the process repository and document governance Provide technical support to junior analysts Prepare reports, presentations, and process metrics **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's Degree
