Job Summary: Responsible for preparing, assembling, and distributing ready-to-eat meals, ensuring quality, flavor, and proper presentation, as well as organizing and sanitizing the department. Responsible for preparing, assembling, and distributing ready-to-eat meals, ensuring quality, flavor, and appropriate dish presentation. Performs organization, cleaning, and sanitization of the department, utensils, and equipment; monitors food expiration dates; and supports inventory management and restocking of supplies. Provides courteous customer service by guiding and assisting customers in selecting dishes, always complying with food safety and hygiene regulations. Requires completion of elementary education, attention to detail, proactivity, and availability to work rotating shifts.
