Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technician II to ensure the full operation and performance of injection molding machines and peripherals by performing electroelectronic and mechanical maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Performing electroelectronic and mechanical maintenance on injection molding machines. 2. Interpreting technical drawings and electronic schematics. 3. Participating in the assembly and installation of new machines. We are looking for a Maintenance Technician II to work the second shift at a plastic injection manufacturing facility serving the automotive sector, located in Colombo\-PR. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure the full operation of injection molding machines and peripherals, guaranteeing their availability and performance. * Perform electroelectronic and mechanical maintenance on injection molding machines, assembly equipment, and peripherals according to scheduled plans and requests. * Interpret technical drawings and electronic schematics to identify faults. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace, tools, and equipment; request repairs or replacements when necessary. * Occasionally participate in the assembly and installation of new machines together with suppliers. * Supervise third-party technicians during maintenance services and provide support. * Monitor and record equipment release after corrective or preventive maintenance. * Manage replacement parts with the warehouse to ensure prompt availability and timely return of equipment to operation. **Prerequisites** * Completed high school education. * Technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical Engineering. * Experience maintaining injection molding machines, blow molding machines, handling robots, and assembly machines. * Knowledge of industrial mechanics, welding, and robotic arms. * NR\-10 certification. * Five years of experience in the field. **Salary: To be negotiated** **Work Location: Colombo \-PR** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 2:55 PM to 11:00 PM; Saturdays, 12:18 PM to 4:40 PM \- Availability for occasional Sundays.
