Production process mapping and standardization **Description:** Develop, implement, and monitor processes based on technical foundations in collaboration with production departments and other industrialization-related departments, aiming to improve methods, optimize costs, and ensure product portfolio quality through workflow definitions and process and procedure standardization. **Responsibilities:** Develop, implement, and monitor processes based on technical foundations in collaboration with production departments and other industrialization-related departments, aiming to improve methods, optimize costs, and ensure product portfolio quality through workflow definitions and process and procedure standardization. Map production processes, analyzing and identifying process failures to enhance product efficiency and quality; develop production standards, monitoring production and predefined processes to improve efficiency and ensure product quality; prepare technical reports through systematic analysis of the production process, suppliers, or others to enable action plans for problem resolution; identify and prioritize critical production processes and procedures, developing documentation such as work instructions, structural, electrical, and mechanical assembly instructions to improve efficiency and ensure standardization and traceability of industrialized products. **Requirements:** Minimum 1 year of experience in the metal-mechanical industrial sector; Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Knowledge of quality and production tools (Flowchart, Ishikawa Diagram, Check Sheet, Histogram, Pareto Chart, Scatter Diagram, Control Chart).
