Focus on quality, productivity, and safety **Electromechanical Construction Coordinator** **Job Description** We are seeking an **Electromechanical Construction Coordinator** to manage and coordinate industrial construction projects, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, quality, safety, and contractual scope, while leading technical teams and interfacing with clients and suppliers. **Main Responsibilities** Coordinate and supervise industrial electromechanical construction projects (electrical installation, mechanical assembly, piping, steel structures, special systems). Manage project schedules, measurements, costs, and resources. Monitor field execution to ensure quality, productivity, and safety. Interface with clients, inspectors, suppliers, and internal teams. Review engineering drawings, identify interferences, and propose technical solutions. Ensure compliance with technical, legal, and occupational safety regulations. Prepare physical and financial progress reports for construction projects. Support planning, procurement, and engineering activities during execution. **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related fields. Proven experience in coordinating industrial electromechanical construction projects. Knowledge of construction planning and control, and ability to read engineering drawings. Experience in team management and contract administration. Availability for site visits and on-site supervision. Willingness to travel **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in large-scale industrial construction projects. Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Advanced Excel.
