Job Summary: Professional to support commercial activities and sales, prepare quotations, and prospect clients in the metal-mechanical industry. Key Highlights: 1. Supports sales team and commercial management 2. Responsible for preparing quotations and prospecting 3. Works in the metal-mechanical industry Responsibilities: \- Prepare quotation letters for sending to clients; \- Answer calls from packaging sales department; \- Follow up on sent quotations; \- Obtain steel quotations from suppliers; \- Obtain quotations for third-party items; \- Calculate freight volume; \- Create spreadsheets for metallic packaging projects; \- Enter orders into the sales pipeline; \- Extract sales pipeline data from the system, format it, and send via e\-mail; \- Prospect new clients; \- Prepare reports; \- Support sales team and commercial management; Education: Completed or currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering degree. Requirements: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Protheus system knowledge preferred. Company Industry: Metal-Mechanical.
