




Job Summary: Assist in service and maintenance management, administrative support, and customer service, with a focus on planning and data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in administrative routines **MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE PLANNING ASSISTANT** **Location: Hauer, Curitiba, PR.** **Main Responsibilities:** Assist field service planners in opening service orders, applying parts, and opening and tracking warranty processes; Collect service data and provide information in spreadsheets (Excel or BI); Provide customer service (phone and WhatsApp) in the absence of field service planners; Place purchase requests and receive invoices (NFs) via SAP; Assist in requesting tools for field technicians. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Administration or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI). Experience in administrative routines. **Preferred Qualifications:** Knowledge of yellow-line equipment; knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, transmission systems, and engines. **Relevant Skills:** 1\.
