Coordinate incident and problem management, working integrally with first-level (N1\) support teams and other technical teams. Previous roles such as IT Project Manager, Systems Development Coordinator, Technology Project Leader, or Systems and Processes Supervisor may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
