Responsibilities: \- Coordinate operational processes across Procurement, Receiving, Warehousing, CAF, and OPME departments. \- Develop, evaluate, and qualify suppliers. \- Monitor and ensure achievement of departmental operational KPIs. \- Plan and oversee the entire supply chain—from initial procurement through product receipt, storage, distribution, and final delivery—for both stockable items and immediate-consumption items. \- Evaluate the financial and economic performance of the procurement department (inventory turnover, receipt of excess materials, inventory value, obsolescence, internal requisitions with zero stock, and consumption trends), as well as monitor budgets for assigned areas (budgeted vs. actual), proposing improvement actions. \- Monitor and analyze supply contracts and consignment agreements. \- Prepare departmental performance reports, proposing continuous improvements, implementing and tracking related projects. \- Organize, plan, and coordinate team members’ work development, setting objectives and jointly developing work plans. \- Supervise and ensure adherence to departmental operational procedures, proposing changes and improvements whenever necessary. \- Provide support and guidance to procurement staff during negotiations with suppliers, aiming for better pricing and payment terms. \- Coordinate, participate in, and analyze annual and periodic inventories, monitoring results and implementing corrective and improvement measures. \- Ensure end-to-end tracking of purchase orders, issued purchase orders, product deliveries, and invoice processing—guaranteeing completion of the logistics process—and manage loans, ensuring their accounting reconciliation. \- Participate in the hospital’s standardization committee and strategic planning initiatives, seeking optimal cost-benefit ratios for standardized items. \- Establish priorities for departmental activities. \- Analyze departmental reports and results, jointly monitor budgets with Management, propose solutions, and aim for agility, quality, and cost reduction. \- Identify and adopt new practices and technologies applicable to the department. \- Manage team members in accordance with the hospital’s human resources policies—including work scheduling, vacation planning, disciplinary actions, and other relevant responsibilities.
