Drive continuous improvement and resource optimization A waste management company is seeking a Production Manager in Curitiba. **Responsibilities:** Manage and supervise the entire production process, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality. Lead, develop, and motivate operational and mid-level leadership teams. Plan, control, and evaluate performance indicators such as productivity, losses, quality, safety, and costs. Ensure execution of the production plan, resource optimization, and compliance with safety standards. Drive continuous improvement by implementing solutions that enhance performance and reduce waste. Implement and supervise management routines, including alignment meetings, checklists, and internal audits. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the Maintenance department. Work integrally with Logistics, Quality, Human Resources, and other strategic areas. Conduct actions to address non-conformities, develop action plans, and perform root cause analyses. Ensure adherence to internal standards, policies, and applicable legislation.
