




Job Summary: A leadership professional responsible for optimizing logistics operations, managing teams and projects, and pursuing innovations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Focus on operational efficiency and cost reduction **Responsibilities** * Lead and guide the Analyst team in developing, monitoring, and executing operational work plans and strategic projects. * Define and optimize the methodology for sizing operations, routes, and waste collection zones to achieve maximum efficiency. * Coordinate the development of operational performance indicators and report results to General Management. * Conduct monthly meetings with Regional Managers and other involved departments for detailed operational analysis and strategic alignment. * Plan and supervise internal training execution (drivers, managers, and other departments) on Planning, Tracking, and process optimization topics. * Analyze and approve proposals for operational cost reduction (overtime, labor, etc.). * Coordinate the planning, organization, and implementation of new operations, branches, or large-scale infrastructure projects. * Lead the technical preparation of bidding processes (work plans, sizing, budgeting, maps, and other documents). * Research, evaluate, and propose the economic and technical feasibility of new technologies and solutions for process optimization (e.g., tracking systems, management software), seeking competitive advantages. * Manage monitoring and customer support related to the 0800 hotline (tracking). * Monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective or improvement actions. * Supervise contract management and relationships with technology and tracking system suppliers. * Review and validate reports and indicator spreadsheets prepared by the team, ensuring data quality and integrity. * Manage the qualification and analysis process for customer/user complaints, ensuring efficient resolution. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Logistics, or related areas is a plus. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Driver’s license Category B. * Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI, Scrum) or Optimization frameworks (Lean, Six Sigma). * Experience in Planning and Logistics, preferably in a leadership/coordination role. * Familiarity with tracking tools and fleet management systems. Proven experience in implementing new contracts and operations. * Expertise in operational efficiency (route optimization, overtime reduction, indicator monitoring). * Field experience.
