Implement new systems and optimize processes **Position:** Planning and Procurement Coordinator We are looking for a professional with a systemic vision, an analytical profile, and leadership capability to coordinate sales planning, inventory, procurement, and purchasing processes. **Your Responsibilities:** Lead the Planning and Procurement team. Work on the pillars of sales planning, inventory management, procurement, and supply. Implement new systems and processes within the department. Analyze sales, inventory turnover, and coverage metrics to support strategic decision-making. Ensure synergy among inventory, receiving, and distribution functions. Optimize inventory levels and reduce idle capital. **What We Seek:** Solid experience in planning (demand, sales, inventory, or procurement). Experience implementing systems and improving processes. Advanced Excel skills. Analytical mindset, systemic vision, and strong communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields. **✨ Preferred Qualifications:** Experience in fashion retail. Knowledge of S&OP.
