Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:50 AM to 5:30 PM

Main Responsibilities
* Lead and guide the logistics team in daily activities, ensuring productivity and goal achievement.
* Monitor receiving, inspection, storage, picking, and shipping processes.
* Control and organize warehouse layout to optimize space and ensure product integrity.
* Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and best practices in storage and transportation.
* Support logistics planning, ensuring resource availability (labor, equipment, materials).
* Conduct periodic inventories, identifying and correcting stock discrepancies.
* Support onboarding of new employees and promote continuous team training.
* Communicate effectively with partner departments (Procurement, Production, Sales, Transportation, etc.).
* Suggest process, technology, and methodology improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
Job Requirements
Education: Technical degree in Logistics; a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is considered a plus.
Experience:
Proven experience in logistics, shipping, warehousing, or transportation; prior team leadership experience is desirable.
Knowledge:
* Microsoft Office Suite (Intermediate Excel).
* ERP/WMS systems.
* Basic knowledge of inventory management, warehousing, and transportation management.
* Knowledge of transportation legislation, safety regulations, and applicable labor laws.
Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
