Active participation in the preparation of the Annual Budget **Job Description:** Our client is the only laboratory in Brazil exclusively dedicated to laboratory support, with a clear commitment: not to compete with its clients, but to strengthen their operations with excellence, agility, and trust. **What will be your challenges:** Analysis of results from production units; Analysis of production costs; Preparation and presentation of monthly results to the Executive Board/Managers; Active participation in the preparation of the Annual Budget; Conducting detailed analyses of variances and deviations between planned and actual performance; Preparing analyses and studies, structuring problems to support potential solutions. **Requirements:** **What you need to have:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; Experience in FP\&A; Strong analytical and communication skills; Ability to synthesize information and prepare materials for executives; Ability to generate business insights.
