The **Butcher Department Supervisor** will be responsible for coordinating butcher department activities, ensuring product quality, standardization of cuts, operational organization, and excellence in customer service. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise butcher department activities across stores. * Ensure meat quality, origin, and preservation. * Monitor cutting, handling, and product display. * Manage inventory, expiration dates, and losses. * Lead, guide, and develop the butcher team. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations. * Monitor sales, productivity, and department performance indicators. * Collaborate with management to improve results and processes. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in the butcher department. * Experience leading teams. * Knowledge of meat cutting, handling, and preservation. * Familiarity with hygiene and food safety regulations. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a butcher department supervisor or shift leader. * Training courses in food handling or butchery.
