Focus on cost management and continuous improvement We are looking for a **Logistics Manager** to oversee the planning, coordination, and control of the company's logistics operations, ensuring process efficiency, cost reduction, on-time delivery, and high customer service levels. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage transportation, warehousing, shipping, and distribution operations; * Plan and monitor routes, delivery deadlines, and operational performance; * Lead logistics operational and administrative teams; * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements; * Manage logistics costs to enhance productivity and profitability; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality standards, and internal procedures; * Develop and monitor logistics processes, identifying bottlenecks and improvement opportunities; * Interface with departments such as sales, finance, fleet, customer service (SAC), and operations; * Manage suppliers, contracted carriers, and logistics partners; * Ensure proper use of logistics management systems and operational controls. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in logistics management; * Knowledge of transportation, warehousing, distribution, and team management; * Experience with operational KPIs and cost control; * Familiarity with logistics management systems (TMS, WMS) and Microsoft Office suite; * Leadership profile, organizational skills, analytical mindset, and results orientation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in transportation or refrigerated logistics sectors; * Fleet management knowledge; * Experience handling high-volume operations and multiple deliveries. **Desired Competencies:** * Leadership and people management; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Decision-making ability; * Sense of urgency; * Strategic planning and operational vision; * Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
